Blueberry cream

Here is our recipe for a super-healthy, easy-to-prepare and very delicious blueberry cream. By blending blueberries with a few other ingredients, we were able to obtain an incredibly smooth, pudding-like consistency, which really is extraordinary. We honestly hope you will enjoy this cream as much as we did. This is one of those raw desserts that you must try to believe how good it is.

Ingredients[ ounces / grams ]
130gbanana, frozen
120gblueberries
40gagave nectar
240gwater
1 largebanana, frozen (4.5oz)
1 cupblueberries (4.2oz)
2 tbspagave nectar (1.5oz)
1 cupwater (8.5oz)
Instructions
  1. Place the frozen bananas, the frozen blueberries, the agave nectar and the water into a blender, and blend the ingredients at medium speed until they become an ice-cold creamy mixture.
