Chocolate pudding

One of the best ways to enjoy the flavour of chocolate, without having to deal with its usually high fat content, is to use cocoa powder. However, turning cocoa powder into a delicious treat is not always very easy, due to its bitterness and complete lack of sweetness. The recipe that we are sharing here, delivers one of the healthiest and most delicious chocolate dishes we’ve ever tried, and if you are a fan of chocolate yourself… it is time to give this preparation a try!

Ingredients[ ounces / grams ]
240gwater
7gpsyllium husk powder
270gfrozen bananas
80gagave nectar
20graw cocoa powder
1 cupwater (0.5oz)
2 tsppsyllium husk powder (0.3oz)
3 mediumfrozen bananas (10oz)
4 tbspagave nectar (2.8oz)
3 tbspraw cocoa powder (0.8oz)
Instructions
  1. Place the water and the psyllium into a small bowl and stir the ingredients well to properly combine them. Leave the mixture to rest for 30 minutes before using it.
  2. Once the time has elapsed, roughly chop the bananas, add all the ingredients into the blender’s container, and blend at high speed to complete the pudding.
