Israeli salad

Salads come in all forms and shapes, but some are just better than others. This dish is the perfect example of that philosophy: a fresh and delicious savoury salad that will turn every meal into a vibrant and refreshing treat. If you’ve never tried Israeli salad, or simply want to try a different version, give this recipe a try and we promise that you won’t be disappointed.

Ingredients[ ounces / grams ]
300gtomatoes
300gcucumber
40gred onion
40gred bell pepper
parsley
1 halflemon
10.5oztomatoes
10.5ozcucumber
½ mediumred onion
1.5ozred bell pepper
parsley
1 halflemon
Instructions
  1. Cut the cucumber, the tomatoes and the onions into small pieces and finely chop the parsley.
  2. Place the chopped vegetables and the parsley into a bowl and stir well to combine them.
  3. Add in the lemon, some black pepper and stir again to complete the preparation. Remember to taste the salad and adjust salt to taste.
