Red bull smoothie

There are many ways to prepare smoothies and there is also an endless variety of possible combinations when it comes to creating great tasting versions of this healthy liquid meal. Whilst trying to break the rules of standard smoothies, we created this combo by mistake and it turned out to be not only exquisite, but also with a subtle flavour or Red Bull. If you want to taste something that goes slightly against the standards and yet delivers a great punch of flavour and sweetness, then this is definitely a recipe you are going to enjoy.

Ingredients[ ounces / grams ]
500gorange juice
150gpineapple
60gfrozen berries
2 cuporange juice
1 cuppineapple (5oz)
¼ cupfrozen berries (2oz)
Instructions
  1. Peel and dice a fresh pineapple, and juice the oranges.
  2. Place all the ingredients into the jug of a blender, and blend at medium to high speed to complete the smoothie.
