Here is our recipe for a super-refreshing and summery tomato salad. This raw savoury recipe is so easy to make that you can literally prepare it in minutes, and at the end of the preparation, you will find yourself in front of one of the most colourful and nutritious dishes ever. Before filming this recipe, we managed to source some amazing heirloom tomatoes that really tasted out of this world. However, any tomato variety will work for this dish, so feel free to use the best ones you can find.
Instructions
- Slice the onion, the pickled cucumber, the olives, the cucumber and the tomatoes as finely as desired.
- Lastly, cut the salad into strips and arrange it onto a plate.
- Add the sliced tomatoes on top of the leaves, followed by the onion, the fresh and pickled cucumber, the olives and the corn to complete the dish.
