One of the things we missed the most, as newbie vegans, was the possibility of being heavy-handed with mayo at any possible time. However, after a bit of research and a few failed attempts, we managed to create a stunning low-fat mayo that really tastes incredible. 2½ tspmustard
¼ tspgranulated sugar
