Watermelon and vanilla juice

One of the secrets to obtaining great raw preparations, both sweet and savoury, is to play with unusual combinations that might sound odd at first glance, but they actually work really, really well. This dish is the perfect example of that philosophy; we are going to use a combination that might look unusual, but it works so well that we just couldn’t miss the chance to share the recipe for it with you. Ingredients[ ounces / grams ]
560gwatermelon
20gagave nectar
20 dropsvanilla extract
20ozwatermelon
1 tbspagave nectar
20 dropsvanilla extract
Instructions
  1. Clean the watermelon, cut it into pieces and place them into the blender’s jug.
  2. Add in the agave syrup, the vanilla drops and blend at medium speed for 15-20 seconds.
  3. Strain the juice and serve.
